Job Description

You will serve as a Brand Head and Supervisory Engineer/Scientist in the Radar Antenna & Electronic Warfare Division, Avionics Engineering Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Serving as a subject matter expert on managing, developing, and testing Radar, Antenna, Electronics Warfare Systems, and related avionics systems/components; (2) Performing systems engineering research, development, and life-cycle support to accomplish avionics system program goals and objectives; (3) Overseeing and assigning work assignments to subordinates, based on organizational priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments, and/or capabilities of employees; (4) Providing project/program management to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for avionics system project/program; and (5) Functioning as a liaison with internal and external contacts to ensure assigned program needs are addressed and program goals are met..
