SUPERVISORY AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (INSTRUCTOR) (TITLE 32)

This is a National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service Position. This is an Indefinite SUPERVISORY AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (INSTRUCTOR) (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D2302000 and is part of the MO 139th Airlift Wing. This is a non-bargaining unit position. **Qualifications:**
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - MSgt (E-7) Minimum Military Grade - TSgt (E-6) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience in functions such as preparing aircraft loading plans, loading and offloading aircraft, operating loading equipment, and ensuring security of cargo in flight? GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 36 months of specialized experience that demonstrates your ability to plan and direct the loading distribution and securing of cargo in aircraft; plan, schedule and conduct standardization, initial and mission qualification as well as continuation, upgrade and specialized training; and plan, organize, schedule and assign work to employees, and establish priorities and revise assignments based on abilities and special qualifications. Must possess certification as an Aircraft Loadmaster Instructor.
