Supervisory Program Specialist, Front Line Manager

Serves as a Front Line Manager within a Flight Standards organization. The incumbent will execute the Agency's aviation safety mission, while responsible for communicating and building change coalitions, seeking out opportunities to involve teams in supporting change across the organization, and employing best practices for sponsoring change and managing resistance.

**Qualifications:**
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities(KSA)/Leadership and Management Dimension (LMD) to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes experience monitoring and evaluating programs for compliance with regulations and standards.
