These positions are in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention, Office of Pesticide Programs, Registration Division, Multiple Branches. About: OCSPP This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
**Qualifications:**
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements, including any requirements described in the Education section, by the closing date of this announcement. In addition to the basic entry education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as applying pesticide risk management principles to resolve issues; analyzing and implementing mandated statutes using procedural guidance for related chemicals; overseeing/participating in the technical and administrative aspects of registration and tolerance actions; and coaching, training, or mentoring team members. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Technical Knowledge (Related to Position).* Critical Thinking. Decision Making.* Performance Measurement. Partnering. Leadership. Manages and Organizes Information. Customer Service. Environmental Laws and Regulations.* *You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
