Job Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (TRAINING) in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES TRAINING DIVISION (code 900T) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. **Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing employee development and qualification programs, initiatives, and training standards (e.g., training methods and practices, shipyard processes and systems, curriculum development) relative to the repair and overhaul of naval vessels, and formulating improvements for optimizing the effectiveness of training projects or training programs.
