Job Description
The incumbent will serve as the Chief of Staff for the Office of Civil Rights, providing executive-level support to the Associate Administrator and leading day-to-day operations to ensure effective execution of organizational priorities across programs, personnel, and resources. Location of position: General Services Administration, Office of Civil Rights, Washington, DC We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Specialized experience is experience providing executive-level analysis and advice to senior leadership on organizational performance, operational risks, or implementation of strategic initiatives; coordinating organizational operations such as budget management, workforce planning, acquisition activities, or internal management processes; leading or coordinating cross organizational initiatives involving multiple offices or stakeholders; analyzing budget execution or resource requirements to support management decision-making; and supervising employees or leading teams responsible for administrative, operational, or program support functions.
