**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience identifying and evaluating conventional and non-conventional industrial and shipyard hazardous conditions which may involve risk to personnel. Experience applying occupational safety and health practices applicable to equipment used in the construction and shipyard industries, materials, utility and ship systems. Experience communicating ergonomic principles to motivate individuals to act and work in a safe manner. Experience recommending corrective measures when hazardous conditions and practices are encountered during industrial and ship overhaul trade processes, procedures, and use of tools.
