Child and Youth Program Custodian

The Custodian performs a variety of cleaning, housekeeping, and semiskilled duties for CYP facilities: facility cleaning, equipment maintenance, laundering, minor facility repairs, outdoor maintenance; and maintaining inventories of cleaning supplies. They deliver supplies, merchandise, and equipment to other CYP facilities. As needed, they move furniture and/or program equipment, and assists with event setup (e.g., setting up tables and chairs. **Qualifications:**
Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate possesses the following: Knowledge of a variety of chemical and cleaning agents. Skill to use a variety of household and industrial equipment and attachments. Skill to operate, clean, and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment. Physical ability to move furniture, lift and move objects over 50 1bs, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal communication skill.
