Club Operations Assistant (Aero Club)

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Aero Club, Beale AFB. You will be scheduled to work anywhere from 0-40 hours per week; hours are not guaranteed. This position does not receive benefits.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in using all the programs within the scope of Microsoft Office used in a clerical, and administrative office environment. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must have skills in organizing and maintaining files both electronic and hard copy. Must understand basic accounting principles. Must have skill in developing positive relationships with the public.
