PUBLIC AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ) Identifying, planning, and executing community projects for Commander, Navy Region Kores (CNRK), installation, and tenant commands that are designed to foster goodwill and promote improved relationships between the U.S. and local community. 2) Monitors local community media reports and develops informational material that informs appropriate audiences of the organization's purpose, policies, programs, services, and activities; and plans, executes, and evaluates the effectiveness of information and communication programs in furthering CNRK's goals and mission. 3) Advises higher headquarters PAO counterparts on local political climate and host nation sensitivities and recommendations appropriate response to incidents and media reports and requests.).
