Laborer NA-02

This position is located at the Seward Military Resort in Seward, Alaska. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Housing may be provided on a space available basis. **Qualifications:**
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. At least three (3) months of laboring experience. 2. Possess knowledge and skill to safely operate/utilize, control and clean tools and power equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, leaf blowers, edgers and trimmers, scrubbers and buffers, steam cleaners and vacuums, etc.). 3. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned. 4. Posses knowledge in maintaining and performing routine maintenance of power equipment(e.g. cleaning lawn mowers, oiling parts on power equipment, etc.). 5. Skill to lift and move moderately heavy objects.
