AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (TITLE 32)

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD1632000 and is part of the TN 164th AW Air National Guard. This vacancy is covered by Association of Civilian Technicians (ACT), Chapter 115 (Pyramid on the River Chapter). **Qualifications:**
Military Grades: E-3 through E-9 Compatible Military Assignments: 1A132, 1A152, 1A172 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have experience in functions such as preparing aircraft loading plans, loading and offloading aircraft, operating loading equipment, and ensuring security of cargo in flight. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 24 months specialized experience, education or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level; experience, education or training analyzing and evaluating training accomplishments to determine the effectiveness of the loadmaster training program. Experience in providing ground and flight training instruction for developing, upgrading and evaluating the skills of loadmaster aircrew members. Experience completing records of fuel consumptions, range and in-flight performance data. Experience performing post flight checks of the aircraft and coordinating with maintenance all discrepancies requiring corrective action.
