LEAD RECREATION SPECIALIST NF03 / AQUATICS / SEASONAL

**Qualifications:**
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Three years experience in aquatics. Must be able to certifying all levels of basic swimming and lifesaving. Must be Water Safety Instructor, CPR-PR, and MMFA Certified. Should be familiar with swimming pool/beach operations and the equipment involved. Mature and capable of exercising sound judgment in performing the duties. Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays on a rotating basis. Must be able to perform heavy lifting, prolonged standing and walking. Must be able to work as assigned without close supervision. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
