For a well-established industrial company in Flanders, we are looking for a Head of Legal to lead and further develop a small legal department, reporting directly to the CFO. The role covers a broad spectrum of legal matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, corporate and M&A, litigation management, IP, compliance, real estate and data protection (GDPR).
