**Qualifications:**
To qualify for the Supervisory Inventory Management Specialist, PG - 2010 - 11 , you must meet the following requirements: To minimally qualify for the Supervisory Inventory Management Specialist, PG-2010-11, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience that is equivalent to at least the PG-09 grade level in the federal service. Specialized experience includes: 1) Providing oversight of inventory control and accountability. 2) Using an inventory database to maintain records and stock levels. 3) Providing supply support to meet production needs and deadlines and resolving supply issues. 4) Leading others in a work environment; for example, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, reviewing others' work for accuracy, counseling, training, and/or advising on work and administrative matters. OR Possession of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a course of study related to the position such as, quality control and inventory management or supply chain management. OR Three (3) years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a course of study related to the position such as, quality control and inventory management or supply chain management. OR A combination of education and specialized experience. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement (03/09/2026) to be considered.
