HR SPEC (MIL) - TITLE 32

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPECIALIST (MILITARY), Position Description Number D1622000 and is part of the 116TH Force Support Squadron, National Guard. This is a full-time, Excepted Temporary Indefinite, dual status position which requires Georgia Air National Guard Membership. Area of Consideration: Open to members of the Georgia Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve or Air Force Active Duty component.

**Qualifications:**
Military Grades: E4 - E6. Compatible Military Assignments: AFSC: 3F0X1. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
