SUPERVISORY MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND OVERHAUL PRODUCTION BRANCH MANAGER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MAINTENANCE, REPAIR & OVERHAUL (MRO) PRODUCTION BRANCH MANAGER in the MRO Production Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide direction to all Production Branch subordinates and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product line; 2) Work within budget, material and manpower allocations and works with the Division Director to establish workload schedules; 3) Coordinate with Division Director to ensure work is being processed throughout the Branch to meet the needs of all customers. 4.) Using AirSpeed (Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Drum Buffer Rope, etc.) or other Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) principles, determine the appropriate placement of resources to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize throughput within the branch. 5.) Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for all trades and labor occupations, including Production Control and Logs and Records, work operations and functions performed by the shops in the Branch which are located throughout the depot industrial complex.
