Job Description
You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the ALTERNATE MASTER CLOCK FACILITY of NAVOBSERV.
**Qualifications:**
To qualify for a GS-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing principles, concepts, policies, and practices of security administration including DCID 6/4 (personal security), DCID 6/3 (AIS security), and DCID 1/21 (physical security). Experience implementing DoD, DoN, and USNO Security policies, practices, and procedures for the handling, storage, reproduction, and destruction of SCI material to ensure adherence to security regulations. Experience applying common security principles, concepts, and methodologies required in carrying out assignments and performing limited independent work. Experience demonstrating requisite security knowledge to serve as a member of interdepartmental cross functional teams performing surveys of USNO mission readiness, assurance, and resiliency.
