PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Program Management Specialist in the Automation and Control R&D Branch; Machinery Research & Silencing Division; Machinery Research, Logistics and Ship Integrity Department of NSWC PHILA DIV. You will serve as Strategic Cyber Physical Security Initiative (SCPI) Program Management Specialist.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing or analyzing a program's financial or contractual operations, metrics, or goals. Examples of specialized experience may include: overseeing program financial operations to track and monitor funding documents, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions; developing program financial plans and schedules, estimating resources, and determining program milestones or deliverables; monitoring financial or contracting activities to resolve discrepancies or ensure program goals are met.
