Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement)

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 773d Force Support Squadron located at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. As a Regular Full-Time employee, you have a regular and continuous work schedule of at least 35 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Qualifying Experience: Experience in Recruiting or Human Resources. Experience interpreting and applying personnel rules based on basic laws, regulations, policies and procedures for recruitment and placement functions. Experience utilizing recruitment tools (i.e., indeed, USA Staffing/equivalent automated recruitment system). Experience communicating recruitment strategies to resolve placement issues. Experience utilizing outside sources for recruitment of hard to fill positions.
