PROJECT OFFICER

This position is part of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

**Qualifications:**
You may qualify at the GS-12, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service: Experience in working in support of programs in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or other sensitive programs; Experience with test planning and operational testing of equipment and/or systems for acquisition; Experience managing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or similar agreements, and; Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) experience. (Experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume.) You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Directly led support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or other sensitive programs; Experience creating test and assessment design, planning and operational testing of equipment and/or systems for acquisition in direct support of fielding and deployment releases (F&DR); Experience creating and managing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or similar agreements, and; Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) experience (Experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume.) Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
