SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) with NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT NEW ORLEANS.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing solutions to military personnel programs issues; 2) Managing personnel actions (e.g., awards, promotions, schools, assignments, retirements and separations) in support of military personnel program management; 3) Utilizing military personnel data systems in support of military personnel programs; and 4) Preparing and presenting correspondence, reports and briefs to provide information used in decision making.
