Job Description

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience leading and directly supervising a team of technical specialists, conducting formal performance evaluations, managing complex rotating shift schedules, and implementing targeted development plans to close skill gaps and elevate team capability. * Experience independently identifying systemic inefficiencies, developing and implementing corrective action plans that enhanced safety, security, and operational efficiency. * Experience operating and responding to alerts from integrated security and environmental control platforms, actively monitoring and responding to system alerts from security monitoring systems and HVAC control interfaces to maintain safe and stable facility conditions.
