SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

**Qualifications:**
In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11-12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional contracting specialist, managing contract activities (e.g. procurement or contractual strategies, planning, solicitation, negotiations, administration) to ensure procurement or contractual obligations are in compliance with regulations governing the acquisition or procurement of services, equipment, or materials for an organization.
