**Qualifications:**
For GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Providing oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts. Conducting evaluations, assessments, inspections and reporting requirements to higher level management for contract performance ratings and compliance. Reviewing data and preparing short-range estimates of projected costs for use by other installation personnel in the preparation of financial reports or budgetary requests. OR Successful completion of a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. For GS-06: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Providing oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
