Management Analyst

This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Safety Internal Operations (NFB) organization of Safety (NF) of the Chief Administrators Office (N). A successful candidate in the Management Analyst position will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and/or improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations for the safety organization.

**Qualifications:**
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-12, in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: 1) developing and implementing organizational plans to educate stakeholders regarding the benefits and impacts of changes in policies, processes, systems and procedures; 2) providing guidance and support to program or project managers in the implementation of project plans to meet agency strategic initiatives; and 3) preparing briefings, responses, and correspondence for management. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
