Program Analyst

The position(s) covered by this vacancy announcement is in the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo). For more information please see: AcqDemo This position is part of the Defense Microelectronics Activity, Defense Microelectronics Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for working under the general administrative direction of the TAPO Director, Deputy Director, or Operations Branch Chief.

**Qualifications:**
You may qualify at the NH-03, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:, Managing programs and projects through all phases: gathering requirements, design, development, testing, fielding, operations, sustainment, and final disposal/conclusion. Developing and executing complex integration strategies by defining clear requirements and establishing realistic project timelines. Using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, etc. to track progress, manage resources, and brief stakeholders on progress. Communicating to resolve issues amongst internal and external stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions appropriate for the situation. Managing timelines, budgets, addressed risk, and opportunities.
