Job Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Facilities Management and Sustainment Division Director in the Facilities Management and Sustainment (FM&S) Division of the Public Works Directorate at of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The incumbent must have knowledge of facility management concepts, principles and practices. The incumbent must have knowledge of codes governing the construction, operations, maintenance, and disposal of building. Knowledge of the functions, policies procedures of organizational components of the FEC, NAFACSYSCOM LANT/PAC, and NAVFACSYSCOM Headquarters. Experience in multiple technical fields, flexibility, and interact with diverse groups with NAVFACSYSCOM. Technical knowledge to plan, assign, direct, and review the products and services produced throughout the FEC. Experience performing professional facilities management across a portfolio that includes Class A or Class B Office Buildings.
