Job Description

You will serve as a Natural Resources Specialist in the Environmental Planning and Conservation Division within the Environmental Business Line of NAVFAC Headquarters.

**Qualifications:**
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a project manager for Navy natural resources projects, such as development of contractor scopes of work/performance work statements, government estimates, funds management, contractor proposal review and negotiation, contractor oversight, invoicing, and contracting officer representative (COR) duties, 2) Providing guidance, coordination and technical expertise on Navy natural resources issues and processes, 3) Experience with Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, DON and DOW policies and processes related to natural resources management.
