Job Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION SUPERINTDENDENT (WATERFRONT SERVICES) in the Waterfront Division (TRF 340), Repair Department (TRF 300), TRIDENT Refit Facility (TRIFEFFAC-KB), Kings Bay, Georgia of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working with submarine maintenance along with detailed knowledge of trade operations to determine goals and develop performance standards. Experience executing delegated financial planning, estimating budgeting, managerial control, and reporting functions including preparation of short- and long-term budgets and cost analysis of special operational issues. Experience resolving issues and problems associated with tight schedules allowed for refitting submarines and preparing and executing preventative maintenance work schedules. Experience analyzing divisional workload projections and requirements as defined by ship schedules, maintenance feedback, modifications and installations, emergency reports, and other sources to define, schedule and properly plan operations near and long term. Experience upgrading, maintaining, and assuring readiness of all facilities and other equipment, and recommending procurement actions to purchase, replace, or maintain facilities, and developing and issuing divisional instructions governing preventative and corrective maintenance and other training that may be needed.
