**Qualifications:**
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Determines and disseminates salient factors required to solve or mitigate intelligence problems related to country or regional political-military dynamics, military command relationships, and decision-making processes. 2. Employs breadth and depth of knowledge in national or regional history of military, force structure, equipment, modernization, readiness, and sustainability to appraise and critique significant military capabilities information and analyses; authors/co-authors assessments and studies that emphasize new trends and developments and updates appropriate databases. 3. Assesses and correlates outcomes of analytic design process to discern core meaning, importance, implications, and to mitigate decision-making risks. 4. Independently employs complex methodologies to evaluate Command and Control, ISR data integration, physical telecommunication infrastructure, and weapons system release technology and procedures enabling the targeting of advanced conventional weapons. 5. Calculates confidence in probable outcomes based on sound analytic techniques and subject matter expertise, illustrating Defense implications and opportunities. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Knowledge of conventional and nuclear C4I systems, processes, and procedures. 2. Experience leading interagency working groups focused on C4ISR. 3. Experience analyzing technical SIGINT data.
