Job Description
You will serve as an Office Automation Assistant in the Fleet and Family Readiness Department of NAS SIGONELLA.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing direct administrative support such as screening intake calls, scheduling appointments, managing staff calendars, preparing for meetings, maintaining records and processing official correspondence; and 2) Utilizing a variety of office automation software to produce documents, reports, and presentations.
