Job Description

You will serve as a READINESS REPORTING ANALYST in the READINESS & REPORTING BRANCH of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in sound project management principles, methods, and practices including developing schedules, estimating resources, defining milestones and deliverables, monitoring activities and evaluating accomplishments. Experience using Navy tools to track the operational readiness of critical systems, conducting analysis to identify unit and group material readiness issues for immediate action and making direct contact with units and their TYCOMs to provide leadership on directed actions. Broad knowledge of readiness reporting policies and doctrine with experience submitting monthly DRRS-S readiness reports and operational schedules in alignment with the Command Mission Essential Task List (METL) and resource requirements. Experience reviewing and critiquing draft guidance from higher headquarters as well as subordinate Type Commander supplemental instructions and briefs to identify and recommend improvements to established policy and doctrine.
