Job Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Management Specialist in the Maritime Support/Readiness Division, Outfitting and Customer Operations Directorate, of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. #LI-NAVSUPWSS
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) including but not limited to Readiness Based Sparing and Demand Based Sparing, systems configuration, and usage data; 2) Expertise in SCM metrics and performance evaluation (i.e. Retail effectiveness, CASREPs, Ao, CWT); 3) Allowance process knowledge such as Price-sensitive FLSIP, RBS, MBPS (CDMD-OA), RADWEB, RSupply, ReMAD, Standard Allowance File (SAF), ASI, T-ART, and SACHF; 4) Strong communication skills demonstrated by the ability to produce clear and organized written and oral communications; 5) Team collaboration and leading team environments to work effectively and foster collaboration across diverse groups.
