IT Specialist (Applications Software)

This position is in the Office of Finance and Administration, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Workforce Systems and Administrative Division, Systems and Data Modernization Branch. About: Office of Finance and Administration This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).

**Qualifications:**
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements, including any requirements described in the Education section, by the closing date of this announcement. In addition to the basic education requirements, you must have specialized experience and/or directly related education as described below: To qualify for the GS-13 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-12 level defined as utilizing business intelligence software to analyze and transform datasets into actionable insights to improve data driven decision making; developing and implementing process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency; and collaborating with stakeholders to customize IT solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
