Senior Field Program Administrator (O-6 Billet) Supervisory

The Senior Field Program Administrator supervises regional program managers, overseeing national compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement in ICE detention facilities. Responsibilities include policy development and collaboration with IHSC units to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. This position is only open to USPHS officers who are currently IHSC employees. USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position.

**Qualifications:**
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time (6-8 hours). Potential to perform repetitious motions frequently. Average manual dexterity for computer operation. Phone and computer use for extended periods of time.
