PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as the Integrated Product Lead (IPL) for the Threat Simulations Project Office (TSPO) in the Mobile & Integrated Threat Division, Threat Target Systems Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (DA-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Directing the complete lifecycle of threat simulator systems by creating strategic plans, managing large-scale budgets, and defining long-range schedules; 2) Providing executive leadership as the lead expert on adversarial threat systems to guide diverse teams and coordinate with national-level intelligence agencies; 3) Developing integration strategies for threat simulations across multiple test facilities based on expert knowledge of range infrastructure and procedures; and 4) Directing contractor performance and providing strategic oversight by guiding the development of complex work agreements and ensuring technical work aligns with program goals.
