EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (EOC)

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) providing technical proficiency for emergency management/services and emergency operations center (EOC) management 2) Assess and resolve communication/emergency notification issues with effective oral and written communication skills 3) Act as SME for display systems, to include Video Teleconference (VTC) systems and decision-making software systems.
