ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Ocean Engineering Department of PSNS and IMF. Salary Ranges: GS11: $83,935 - $109,122 GS12: $100,602 - $130,786

**Qualifications:**
For GS 12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating testing procedures and work methods to develop technical engineering instructions and project plans on shipboard equipment and component systems in support of shipboard operational testing programs. For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting technical engineering testing and analysis to identify deficiencies and recommend work methods for shipboard equipment and component systems project planning.
