Club Operations Assistant (Duty Manager)

This position is located in the Club Division, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department (MWR), Fleet Activities, Sasebo, Japan. The incumbent performs a wide variety of work assignments during various shifts in support of club operations.

**Qualifications:**

A qualified candidate possess the following: Must have at least 1 year of general experience, preferably related to the position OR two (2) years of education above high school. Shall be thoroughly familiar and comply with applicable club operations policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Must be courteous and possess a sharp, people-oriented personality to include tact and diplomacy in dealing and communicating with customers and other fellow-workers and have the ability to lead. Possess adequate knowledge of computer software, basic arithmetic, and cash handling procedures to support end of month inventory reporting and cash fund management. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and must be able to workday, evening and weekend shifts, including holidays. Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
