Data Analyst (Financial)

The Postal Regulatory Commission has an exciting employment opportunity for a highly motivated person with empirical skills and interest as a Data Analyst (Financial).

**Qualifications:**
PRC-3 Pay Band Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, data analytics or related field. 5 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics or a closely related discipline. Experience in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience with SQL and data querying is preferred. Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Qlik, and similar platforms, with a solid understanding of financial data structures, workflows, and governance. PRC-4 Pay Band Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, data analytics or related field. 10 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience with SQL and data querying. Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Advanced experience administering and optimizing enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Qlik, and comparable technologies, with deep expertise in financial data structures, workflow design, and governance to support complex organizational needs.
