You will serve as a TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) ofNAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing Human Capital and manpower management theories, principles, practices, laws and regulations in order to formulate program policies and procedures; 2) Managing and coordinating complex civilian Human Capital and management issues: 3) Aligning human capital strategy with organizational mission, goals and objectives for integration into strategic plans, performance plans and budgets; and 4) Overseeing the Total Workforce Development programs on all matters relating to manpower and human resources for necessary personnel. Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment, with some travel to attend meetings or to review field operations.
