TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR

You will serve as a TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) ofNAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing Human Capital and manpower management theories, principles, practices, laws and regulations in order to formulate program policies and procedures; 2) Managing and coordinating complex civilian Human Capital and management issues: 3) Aligning human capital strategy with organizational mission, goals and objectives for integration into strategic plans, performance plans and budgets; and 4) Overseeing the Total Workforce Development programs on all matters relating to manpower and human resources for necessary personnel.
