You will serve as a MAINTENANCE PLANNING BRANCH MANAGER in the Facility and Plant Maintenance Division of the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. **Qualifications:**
*APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE AN ACCOMPLISHMENT RECORD IN ADDITION TO THEIR RESUME* Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and implementing new industrial techniques and processes to resolve complex and obscure problems not readily accomplished by accepted methods while supporting planned corrective, predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance strategies; 2) Adapting and flexing the planning, organizing, scheduling, problem identification and resolution of industrial and administrative processes; 3) Applying various analytical techniques, including quantitative and statistical analysis, and other data reporting metrics; 4) Utilizing Maximo or other computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to manage material, maintenance programs, and projects; and 5) Overseeing industrial maintenance activities demonstrating reliability-based maintenance, workload control/management, project and contracted services management, maintenance material procurement, maintenance planning, warehouse management and/or scheduling of maintenance resources to support a large complex industrial operation.
