Job Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Field Examination Group Branch of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrating experience in leadership and organizational skills to be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Specialized experience must include the following 1) leading groups, strategize how to best meet program requirements and outcomes, and provide leadership and guidance to improve the quality of the organizations functions and tasks; 2) interpreting, analyzing, and directing proper execution of the Defense, Navy and U.S. Pacific Fleet policies as they pertain to the control and administration of the disbursement of public funds; 3) Create, manage, and maintain a positive, safe work environment that allows employees to excel while upholding high standards of integrity and ethical behavior; 4) Create and manage an annual schedule that involves planning, developing, and carrying out vital auditing of disbursing and financial functions and programs for all Naval ships assigned to Pacific regions.
