SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLAN)

You will serve as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (PLCYPLAN) in the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters, Makalapa, Pearl Harbor, Communications and Information Systems Directorate of MARITIME OPERATIONS CENTER. Note: This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code IT Project Manager, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector e one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the application of information technology and communication systems concepts, principles and/or practices to manage information technology systems and/or developing new theories, concepts, and/or standards in order to align agency internal business practices with regulations. Examples include: interpreting and developing policies; analyzing and resolving technical and resource issues; establishing metrics and performance measurement tools; performing cost-benefit and feasibility analyses of proposed new systems; and life-cycle management.
