Job Description
Incumbent serves as a Headquarters (HQ) Supervisory Child and Youth Program (CYP) Program Specialist providing support to the CYP Community Based Fee Assistance Program through the conduct of various analysis functions including, processing and communicating to community-based personnel in regards to verifying and enrolling eligible patrons and eligible community-based providers, determining proper allocation of benefits awarded and providing general administrative support.

Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate possesses the following: Knowledge of CNIC's organizational structure, functions, and mission. Knowledge of the policies and regulations related to providing fee assistance reimbursement. Knowledge of computers and a variety of software programs and methods of tracking, analysis, and record keeping. Knowledge of business administration and communication protocols. Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to develop, maintain and present accurate reports and records, military style instructions and documents. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to make oral presentations and briefings to all levels of chain of command personnel and represent the CYP on integration issues.
