• Assist in planning and coordinating meetings with product experts • Support research on passenger behaviour and airport trends • Collaborate with Members to enhance passenger experience • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement for airport experience products – automation, baggage, check in • Support compliance measurements and support carriers with day-to-day inquiries • Support Business Plan objectives for the team
