Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAMS) & perform financial analysis/due diligence to assess corporates including NBFCs for term loans, WCDL, assignment transactions, co-lending, etc. Monitor client-related triggers, compliance, covenants & ensure periodic submissions from clients are received.
