SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER in the Crash, Fire & Rescue Department of NAS SIGONELLA Italy.

**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Specialized experience must include: 1) Applying principles of fire scene command, fire prevention, fire suppression/rescue (for both structural and aircraft operation), and hazardous materials incident command to conduct the technical and routine administration of fire prevention and protection for an activity with a high degree of fire potential and severity. 2) Devising solutions to the most complex and fire and life safety situations critically influenced by no available outside assistance or without precedent. 3) Interpreting a wide variety of fire regulations (OSHA regulations, National Fire Codes, agency level regulations, foreign regulations) to conduct fire prevention and suppression. 4) Acting as a technical representative to a commanding fire officer.
