Babysitter wanted for childcare in Winnipeg

Hello! We are a family of three and we also have a small dog. Both my husband and I work from home, so were looking for someone who can help us care for our baby during work hours. We already have a daily schedule in place with plenty of playtime, meals, and naps. Were originally from Argentina, so speaking Spanish is a nice-to-have (but not required). Franco, my baby, will be almost one year by the time we need a sitter.
